Admissions & Enrollment Policy
In plain English
Who can enroll and how enrollment works.
This policy describes who may enroll and how enrollment is completed and confirmed.
Open enrollment
Programs are open to adults 18 and older. No diploma, test score or English certificate is required. Students enroll at the level that matches their goals; instructors may suggest a different starting course.
Enrollment steps
Select a program, complete secure checkout, and receive confirmation by email. Enrollment is not complete until payment is confirmed.
Cohort capacity
Hybrid cohorts have limited seats. A seat is reserved only after confirmed payment. If a cohort fills while a payment is pending, we will offer the next cohort or a full refund.
Accurate information
You must provide accurate name and email information. Enrollment confirmation, Moodle access and certificates are issued to that name and email.
Refusal or cancellation by the Institute
We may decline or cancel an enrollment for non-payment, conduct violations, fraudulent payment, or if a program cannot be delivered. In such cases unused tuition is refunded.
