Instructors at Starfhax Institute teach with professionalism, fairness and respect.
Professional standards
Instructors arrive prepared, start and end on time, use clear language, and provide feedback that is specific and respectful.
Fairness
Instructors grade consistently against published criteria and do not show favoritism. Personal relationships with students that create a conflict of interest are prohibited.
Confidentiality
Student information, grades and disclosures are confidential and shared only with staff who need it.
Boundaries
Instructors communicate through official channels only and do not request money, gifts or personal favors from students.
Reporting concerns about an instructor
Contact conduct@starfhax.institute. Concerns are reviewed by the Institute director and handled under the Anti-Harassment and Complaint policies.
