Ownership of course materials and how to report infringement.
Course materials are protected by copyright. This policy explains ownership and how to report infringement.
Ownership
All course materials, videos, worksheets, assessments and website content are owned by Starfhax Institute or used under license. Your enrollment grants a personal, non-transferable license for study.
Permitted use
You may take notes, download provided materials for personal study, and quote briefly with attribution. You may not upload materials to file-sharing sites, resell them, or use them to teach others commercially.
Reporting infringement
Send a notice to copyright@starfhax.institute including identification of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement that your notice is accurate under penalty of perjury.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. We will forward it as required and may restore the material after the statutory period.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.
