Anti-Harassment & Non-Discrimination Policy

Starfhax Institute does not tolerate harassment or discrimination in any form.
Protected characteristics
Harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or any other protected characteristic is prohibited.
What harassment includes
Unwanted comments or advances, slurs, threats, intimidation, deliberate exclusion, and sharing degrading content in class or in messages.
Reporting
Report concerns to studentservices@starfhax.institute or, for instructor conduct, to conduct@starfhax.institute. Reports are handled confidentially and acknowledged within 2 business days.
Investigation
We review evidence, speak with those involved, and issue a written outcome within 20 business days. Interim measures such as separating participants may be applied.
Non-retaliation
No student or staff member will be penalized for reporting harassment in good faith.
