Student Complaint & Grievance Policy
In plain English
How to raise a concern and how we resolve it.
If something is not right, we want to hear it. Most concerns are resolved quickly and informally.
Step 1: Talk to your instructor
Raise academic or classroom concerns directly with your instructor, in class, by email or during office hours. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
Step 2: Contact Student Services
If the concern is not resolved, email studentservices@starfhax.institute with what happened, who was involved and what outcome you are seeking. We acknowledge within 2 business days and respond within 10 business days.
Step 3: Formal review
If the issue remains unresolved, request a formal review from the Institute director by writing to legal@starfhax.institute. A written decision is issued within 20 business days.
Billing and privacy complaints
Billing concerns go to billing@starfhax.institute. Privacy concerns go to privacy@starfhax.institute and are handled within the timelines required by applicable data protection law.
Records of complaints
Complaints are logged, kept confidential, and retained for three years to identify recurring problems. Retaliation against a student who raises a concern is prohibited.
External options
If a concern involves consumer protection or data privacy, you may also contact the relevant authority in your jurisdiction. We will cooperate with lawful investigations.
