How we respond to security incidents.
This policy describes how we respond if personal information is accessed, disclosed or lost without authorization.
Detection and containment
Suspected incidents are reported immediately to security@starfhax.institute. We contain the issue, preserve evidence and restrict access where needed.
Assessment
We determine what data was involved, how many people are affected, and the likely risk to those individuals.
Notification
Affected students are notified without undue delay, describing what happened, what data was involved, what we have done and what you can do. Regulators are notified where law requires.
Remediation
We fix the cause, review our controls and update procedures to reduce the chance of recurrence.
Student cooperation
If you suspect your account was accessed, change your password and contact support@starfhax.institute right away.
